    The A600 heavy duty suction cup has an all metal handle and brass pump for durability, together with a 12” large flat vacuum pad. Perfect for use on flat glass surfaces such as windshield of bus, or in factories and warehouses on rigid materials or appliances.     Premium Quality and Excellent Service

    The Plunger uses a red-line indicator to show you have sufficient vacuum to lift your load. When it shows less than 100% vacuum left, simply pump the plunger until you reach the original vacuum pressure without removing the cup from the glass. Safe load capacity can be 440lb, we have tested the suction cup to higher forces, but we want you to be on the safe side.

    Check Before Use

    1. Please test all Vacuum Suction Cups for grip strength on a small sample piece of material you plan to use cups on before use.

    2. Use the cup on clean, relatively smooth, nonporous surfaces at temperatures from 10°to 120°F. Moisture or contaminants can reduce the slip resistance of the cup.

    To Attach

    1. Position the hand cup on the contact surface so the red line will be visible if it should appear while lifting the load.

    2. Pump the plunger until the cup attaches completely. When the red line is hidden, vacuum is sufficient for lifting.

    3. Check the plunger frequently to make sure the cup remains securely attached. If the red line appears while lifting, set down the load immediately and pump the plunger until the red line is hidden again.

    To Release

    1. Set the load on a secure support.

    2. Press the valve release lever until the cup disengages completely.

    To Maintenance

    1. Use a clean sponge or lint-free cloth to clean the cup face with some soapy water

    2. Stored in a case in a dry place with lower temperature.

    3. Since aging and wear reduce the capacity of the rubber pad, it should be

    replaced at least once every 2 years or whenever damage is discovered.
